Return and Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that information on our website is correct, but if you receive an item which is not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Package it well and we'll collect it for free, giving you a credit within 14 days of its return to us. If you have ordered the wrong product and wish to return it, we would hope that you would pay the cost of carriage back to our warehouse.
Before despatch, you can amend or cancel an order without charge. Up to 14 working days after receipt, you can return most products for full credit provided they are unused and preferably in original, unopened packaging. Partial or zero credit may be given for items not in re-saleable condition. Exceptions (e.g. food, drink and cleaning products) which cannot be returned are marked as such on their relevant web pages.
Products cannot be accepted back until an Accolade Return/Repair Authorisation Number has been issued and is prominently marked on all packages. When requesting an ARRAN, please email full details about products for return to Friends@ACCOLADEplc.com.
